"Even though we had good seats, the stage was completely blocked from our view. The show was ruined for myself and about 10 other people sitting in the immediate vicinity by two inconsiderate young women with seats in front of us. They drank excessive amounts of alcohol in the first hour and then stood for the entire show (even during acoustic performances when the entire arena was seated). As always, seeing Matt Maher live is a treat. However, in this case, they thought their tickets entitled them to act as they pleased in a public environment. They were asked to sit down by the usher but to no avail. I go to a lot of concerts in a lot of venues and have no issues with people having a good time, but there comes a point when the blatant misuse of technology, too much alcohol, and basic rudeness will have a lot of us staying at home. They talked, texted, recorded, yelled into their phones, and flashed their cell phone cameras in the faces of people behind them as they took pictures of each other for the entire night. This is my second bad experience at Copps...last time I had a glass of beer dumped over me by some drunken person behind me. I will probably not go to a concert at Copps again."
